The Food and Nutrition Safety Act

Poland's Food and Nutrition Safety Act has been in force since 28 October 2006. Food law is a body of legal norms setting out the rules for manufacturing and trading raw materials, food and articles that come into contact with them, to the extent necessary to protect health and meet consumer expectations.
