According to NIK, the main threats in the food chain are as follows:<br>\n\u2013 food contamination (poor food quality),<br>\n\u2013 food adulteration,<br>\n\u2013 inadequate conditions for storing and selling food,<br>\n\u2013 inadequate animal welfare conditions (inappropriate animal nutrition \u2013 bone meal, transmission of zoonotic diseases to humans),<br>\n- illegal food production.\nIce seems easy to produce as it is just frozen water.
